MAJOR RESPONSBILITIES –

• Deploy client’s products remotely or onsite.
• Remotely assist onsite field engineers when working from base location.
• Customer interaction with the customer before and during product deployments.
• Travel across the world for deployment/testing/training of client’s products. Travelling time would be more than 70%
• Attend internal training sessions to get provisioned on client’s products and in other relevant skills.
• Provide regular status reports/updates to immediate supervisors on a timely manner

REQUIRED SKILLS –

• Unix/Shell scripting – Basic knowledge of Unix and shell scripting. Perl scripting knowledge preferred.
• Database – Oracle/MySQL – Basic understanding of database is a must. Good knowledge on SQL. PL/SQL knowledge preferred 
• Domain Knowledge – SS7/GSM/ CDMA Protocol level knowledge required. Basic call flow knowledge preferred.
• Communication skills – Candidate should have good grasp of English language and should be fluent in his communication.
• Good attitude – Should be relatively young with good attitude.
• Frequent travel – Should not have issues with frequent traveling for onsite assignments.
