RESPONSBILITIES & DUTIES –

• Deliver Product, Consulting and Training sales to target.
• Act as the customers’ primary point of contact for all organizational related matters.
• Work with the respective pre-sales, support and technical teams within organization to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
• Follow structured product line sales process progressing to contract closure.
• Develop customer contacts and relationships together with colleagues & local business partners in order to secure new sales opportunities.
• Building technical and operational familiarity of the mobile network industry.
• Building technical and operational familiarity of the mobile network industry.
• Developing and supporting new and existing business / technical support partnerships throughout India and neighboring countries.
• To help in creation, follow up and develop new sales opportunities.
• Building company and product line brand awareness in India.
• Participating in customer presentations, exhibitions, seminars and marketing activities.
• Supporting the continued expansion of organization’s customer base.
• Reporting sales status and devising development plans on a monthly basis together with relevant Managers and Directors.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS –

• Proven skills in account management
• Ideally degree educated (or equivalent) with a sound understanding of Mobile Telecommunications networks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
